PRIMA DE ESPECIALISTA. Tienen derecho a devengar la prima de Especialista establecida en el artículo 96 del Decreto 2062 de 1984, además de los Suboficiales allí señalados los que acrediten título de técnico profesional intermedio especializado, tecnólogo especializado o de carrera profesional intermedia siempre y cuando se desempeñen en la especialidad.
