SUPRESIÓN DE EMPLEOS. Dentro del término para llevar a cabo el proceso de fusión de las entidades a que se refiere este Decreto, la autoridad competente suprimirá los empleos o cargos vacantes y los desempeñados por empleados públicos cuando ellos no fueren necesarios en la respectiva planta de personal como consecuencia de dicha decisión.
