DURACION DE LA PENA. La duración máxima de la pena es la siguiente

1.

Prisión hasta treinta (30) años.

2.

Arresto hasta cinco (5) años.

3.

Restricción domiciliaria hasta dos (2) años.

4.

Interdicción de derechos y funciones públicas hasta diez (10) años.

5.

Prohibición del ejercicio de arte, profesión u oficio hasta cinco (5) años.

6.

Suspensión de la patria potestad hasta quince (15) años.

7.

Prohibición de consumir bebidas alcohólicas hasta tres (3) años.
