° Por solicitud de la Dirección de la Escuela Militar de Cadetes, hácense en aquel instituto los siguientes nombramientos: De Cadetes efectivos a los jóvenes Hernando Uribe J., Humberto Berrío y Edilberto Alvarez (supernumerario), por haber llenado las condiciones exigidas por el Reglamento respectivo; y De Cadete supernumerario al joven Luis Lalinde, quien también llenó las condiciones reglamentarias.
