Artículo único , Adiciónase el Decreto número 940 de 1941, en el sentido de hacer extensiva la autorización conferida por dicho Decreto para la dotación y compra directa de elementos con destino a las Escuelas Vocacionales Agrícolas e Industriales, a las Escuelas-Hogar y los Institutos Politécnicos, por corresponder al mismo tipo de Escuelas Vocacionales Agrícolas e Industriales para Varones, Comuníquese y publíquese.
