Devolución del impuesto sobre las ventas -IVA a los turistas extranjeros. La Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales -DIAN ordenará devolver a los turistas extranjeros el ciento por ciento (100%) del impuesto sobre las ventas -IVA pagado en la adquisición de bienes gravados, previo cumplimiento de las condiciones y requisitos señalados en el presente Capítulo.
