Autorícese al Gobierno Nacional para que de conformidad con los artículos 288, 334, 341 y 345 de la Constitución Política y lo establecido en la Ley 715 de 2001 , se incorpore en el Presupuesto General de la Nación y/o impulse a través del Sistema de Cofinanciación, las Partidas Presupuestales necesarias, con el propósito de contribuir con el financiamiento de la construcción de la Concha Acústica, lugar donde se realiza el Festival de la Confraternidad Amazónica, en Leticia, Amazonas.
