Las autoridades catastrales podrán considerar como indicadores del valor real de cada predio las hipotecas, las anticresis o los contratos de arrendamiento y traslaticios de dominio a él referidos. Las entidades crediticias sometidas a la vigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria, las encargadas del registro de instrumentos públicos y las notarías quedan obligadas a suministrar a los encargados del catastro, las informaciones correspondientes cuando éstos los soliciten.
