Artículo primero. Aprobar la Planta de Personal del Instituto Colombiano de Hidrología, Meteorología y Adecuación de Tierras IIIMÁT, que a continuación Artículo segundo. El presente Acuerdo rige a partir de la fecha de su aprobación por parte del Gobierno Nacional y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias. Comuniquese y cúmplase.
