Art. 67. Cuando el superior para ante quien se interponga el recurso no residan en el mismo lugar que el juez de la causa, la parte que lo interpone deberá pagar el parte correspondiente al envió y devolución el expediente por el correo, y cincuenta centavos más dicho pago deberá verificarse dentro del ocho Díaz siguientes a aquel que allá siso recibido el expediente en la respectiva administración de correos.
