Régimen Jurídico. Las entidades a que se refiere el artículo anterior, para el ejercicio de la función de protección de sus funcionarios y exfuncionarios, se regirán por las normas especiales de contratación previstas para el Fondo suprimido, en especial las contempladas en el artículo 13 del Decreto 2161 de 1992.
