Art. 2. ° Destinase la suma de diez mil pesos ($ 10.000) del Tesoro Nacional, por una sola vez para auxiliar a la viuda e hija del General Obdulio Duque. Esta suma se considerara incluida en el Presupuesto de Rentas y Gastos de la próxima vigencia.
