Ejecución presupuestal. De conformidad con el artículo 4 de la Ley 448 de 1998, las partidas apropiadas para las obligaciones contingentes, previstas en el artículo 2.4.1.3.1. del presente capítulo se entenderán ejecutadas una vez se transfiera el aporte al Fondo de contingencias contractuales de las entidades estatales.
