TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.4.6.3.4.1. Documento de Cumplimiento. El Documento de Cumplimiento de la instalación portuaria se expedirá por la Autoridad Marítima Nacional por el término máximo de cinco (5) años, contados a partir de la fecha de su expedición.

Una vez se expida el documento de cumplimiento para las Instalaciones Portuarias, la Dirección General Marítima comunicará al Ministerio de Transporte, tal decisión para su conocimiento y fines pertinentes.

Parágrafo

La renovación del Documento de Cumplimiento de la instalación portuaria debe tramitarse con no menos de tres (3) meses de antelación al vencimiento del mismo.
