Cuando el servicio nacional de inscripción encuentre en los documentos que deban formar parte del archivo de que trata el artículo anterior, informaciones que no concuerden o sean contrarias a las existentes en sus propios registros, no llevara a cabo la inscripción correspondiente e informara a la superintendencia de notariado y registro para que se adopten las medidas a que haya lugar. Corregidos los errores, si fuere el caso, se incorporara al archivo la información.
