º Las Secretarías de Hacienda o Fábricas de Licores de los varios Departamentos, Intendencias o Comisarías, expedirán mensualmente un certificado en que conste el producido total del impuesto causado en el mes inmediatamente anterior. Copias de estas certificaciones deberán ser enviadas a los Institutos de fomento Municipal y de Aprovechamiento de Aguas y Fomento Eléctrico.
