LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.3.2.2.6. Entes competentes para adelantar la investigación y aplicar la sanción. En ejercicio de las facultades que otorga el artículo 50 y demás normas de la Ley 743 de 2002, la investigación administrativa consiguiente y la aplicación de la sanción que corresponda será competencia de la respectiva dependencia estatal de inspección, control y vigilancia, de conformidad con el procedimiento previsto en este Capítulo, en concordancia con el Código de Procedimiento Administrativo y de lo Contencioso Administrativo.
