La autoridad competente para conocer de las solicitudes de avaluó para las servidumbres de hidrocarburos que adelante cualquier persona, natural o jurídica, nacional o extranjera y las sociedades de economía mixta, será el Juez Civil Municipal de la jurisdicción donde se encuentre ubicado el inmueble que deba soportar la servidumbre.
