Los empleados que desempeñan un cargo de carrera equivalente a aquel en el cual fueron escalafonados, deberán solicitar la actualización de su inscripción en la carrera. Para el efecto sólo requerirán formular la correspondiente solicitud de actualización, por conducto del respectivo Jefe de Personal. El Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil dispondrá la actualización, previa verificación de que se trata de empleos equivalentes.
