Registro RUNEOL: Deben inscribirse en el Registro Único Nacional de Entidades Operadoras de Libranza - RUNEOL, todas las personas jurídicas y patrimonios autónomos que actúen como entidades operadoras de libranza o como administradores de créditos Libranza. La Superintendencia de Sociedades está facultada para imponer sanciones a las sociedades que supervisa, por incumplimiento de los deberes previstos en Resoluci�n Firma Digital 2025-01-149411 normas legales y reglamentarias respecto del registro, actualización, gravámenes y reportes de operaciones en el RUNEOL. Esto sin perjuicio de remitir copia de actuaciones a otras autoridades.
