Por tratarse de una persona jurídica de derecho público, el fondo gozará de las exenciones fiscales consagradas a favor de entidades de dicha naturaleza. Así mismo, los instrumentos públicos o documentos de cualquier clase en que sea parte el Fondo estarán exentos de toda clase de impuestos.
