Ley 885 de 2004 · por medio de la cual se aprueban el “Convenio Internacional sobre Cooperación, preparación y Lucha contra la Contaminación por Hidrocarburos, 1990, hecho en Londres el día treinta (30) de noviembre de mil novecientos noventa (1990) y el “Protocolo sobre Cooperación, Preparación y Lucha contra los Sucesos de Contaminación por “Sustancias Nocivas y Potencialmente Peligrosas, 2000”, hecho en Londres el día quince (15) de marzo del año dos mil (2000).
