Con el producto de la estampilla de la Cruz roja Colombiana en el presente ano que, de conformidad con los artículos 1° y 2° e la Ley 9ª de 1934, se destinapara aumentar, en la suma de $ 3,000 anuales, el auxilio decretado a favor de la misma institución, ábrese a la Ley de Apropiaciones de la actual vigencia el siguiente crédito adicional:
