Listado de proponentes . Los contratos a que se refiere el artículo 42 del presente capítulo, con cuantía igual o superior a 6.300 salarios mínimos legales mensuales, están sujetos a las normas de clasificación y calificación del Listado de Proponentes de la Empresa y/o de Telecom, mientras entra en funcionamiento el Registro de Proponentes a que se refiere el artículo 22 de la Ley 80 de 1993.
