Art. 6º Para atender a los gastos imprevistos y de instalación se entregara de una vez al primer Almacenista, por el Habilitado del Cuartel general, la suma de $ 2,000, de cuya inversión se presentara la cuenta comprobada, y en vista de ella, el Ministerio de Guerra podrá resolver que suma mensual se señala en lo sucesivo para esa clase de erogaciones.
