º. las personas que el 17 de diciembre de 1968, sin pertenecer a la Carrera Administrativa, se hallaban en ejercicio de empleos públicos comprendidos en ella, y los ejercen en la actualidad, podrán solicitar su inscripción en la Carrera Administrativa conforme al procedimiento establecido en el artículo 45 del Decreto-ley 2400 de 1968 y las disposiciones del presente Decreto.
