Los derechos que se deban cancelar a favor del Fondo de Comunicaciones de acuerdo con lo establecido en este capítulo, que no fueren pagados en los términos previstos en el mismo, causarán intereses de mora, los cuales se liquidarán mensualmente a la tasa máxima certificada por la Superintendencia Bancaria y deberán pagarse con la totalidad de la suma adecuada, sin perjuicio de las sanciones a que hubiere lugar.
