Art. 60. Los empleados del Ministerio tienen derecho á quince días de vacaciones en cada año con derecho al goce de sueldo. El orden en que los empleados deban disfrutar de esta gracia se determinará por el Ministro de modo que no sufra retardo el Despacho.
