° El Gobierno Nacional cubrirá directamente los gastos de transporte del señor General Domingo Espinel y de los señores Jaime López Mosquera y Carlos Restrepo Piedrahita, desde los Estados Unidos de América hasta el lugar de su destino; y reconocerá, al primero, su sueldo y gastos de representación, y a los segundos, sus sueldos fijados en el presente Decreto, desde la fecha de llegada de tales funcionarios diplomáticos a los Estados Unidos.
