ARTICULO 421 . Pago de multas y cauciones . Las cauciones que deben hacerse efectivas y las multas que se impongan durante la actuación procesal se depositarán en dinero a órdenes de los despachos correspondientes, en el Banco Popular de la localidad del depositante. En el lugar donde no exista oficina del Banco Popular se hará en las oficinas de la Caja Agraria del respectivo municipio, dentro del plazo fijado por el funcionario competente.
