El establecimiento de crédito respectivo podrá hacer efectivo ante la filial fiduciaria del Instituto de Fomento Industrial, IFI, en su calidad de administrador del Fondo, el certificado de garantía correspondiente, para que se le reembolse el saldo a su favor, siempre y cuando además de cumplir las demás condiciones que se hayan pactado, acredite al Fondo que adelantó infructuosamente las actuaciones necesarias para la recuperación de las sumas adeudadas, de acuerdo con lo que se señale en el contrato por el cual se cree el Fondo de Garantías de Solidaridad.
