El pago de las sentencias judiciales que se encuentren debidamente ejecutoriadas al cierre del proceso de Supresión del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad (DAS), lo efectuará la entidad a la cual le haya correspondido el proceso judicial, de acuerdo con lo señalado en el presente decreto, para lo cual el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público le proveerá los recursos presupuestales que sean necesarios.
