ARTICULO SEGUNDO . El Superintendente de Valores o quien éste delegue, mediante acto administrativo, distribuir los cargos de la planta de personal de que trata este decreto y ubicará a los funcionarios según la estructura interna, planes, programas y necesidades del servicio.
