Los aeródromos y aeropuertos están comprendidos dentro de los servicios directamente relacionados con la navegación aérea, y su establecimiento constituye un grave motivo de utilidad pública.

Parágrafo

El Gobierno Nacional podrá expropiar aeródromos o aeropuertos para fines de defensa nacional o para evitar monopolios en los transportes aéreos. Tales objetos constituyen graven motivos de utilidad pública.
