Suprímase el artículo 2º, que reglamenta los concursos para obtener el título de agregado de la Facultad, y que a la letra dice: Sólo podrán, inscribirse en estos concursos los profesionales que hallándose en las Condiciones del artículo anterior, comprueben haber obtenido su grado por lo menos dos años antes de la inscripción.
