Para sociedades inspeccionadas, se deberán acreditar la totalidad de los siguientes requisitos: a. Que el máximo órgano social no se hubiere reunido en las oportunidades señaladas por la ley o por los estatutos. b. Que la solicitud sea elevada por uno o más asociados representantes de no menos del diez por ciento del capital social o alguno de sus administradores. Resoluci�n Firma Digital 2025-01-149411 c. Que, a 31 de diciembre del año inmediatamente anterior, la sociedad registre activos iguales o superiores a cinco mil (5.000) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes o ingresos iguales o superiores a tres mil (3.000) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes.
