Articulo 9º . Luego que se estingan las deudas espresadas en el artículo anterior, las oficinas de recaudacion de fondos de manumision de las provincias de Casanare, Mariquita, Neiva, Pamplona, Santander, Socorro, Soto, Tundama, Tunja i Vélez, remitirán los existentes a la Tesoreria jeneral de la República; las de las provincias de Antioquia i Cordova, a la Administracion principal de correos de Medellin; las de las provincias de Barbacoas, Cauca, Chocó, Pasto, Popayan i Túquerres, a la administración principal de correos de Buenaventura; las de las provincias de Azuero, Chiriquí, Mompos, Ocaña, Panamá, Riohacha, Santamarta. Valle Dupar i Veráguas, a la administracion principal de correos de Cartajena.
