Del auxilio de transporte. Los empleados públicos a que se refiere el artículo 1.º del presente Decreto cuya asignación básica mensual sea igual al sueldo fijado para el grado 01 de la escala de remuneración del nivel operativo, o superior a dicho sueldo pero inferior al doble del mismo, un subsidio de alimentación de cinco pesos ($ 5.00) diarios. Dicho auxilio se pagará a través del Fondo Nacional de bienestar Social.
