Los empleados y tripulantes están obligados á rendir el viaje redondo para que fueron contratados y á cumplir sus deberes y las órdenes del Capitán ó de quien lo represente. La tripulación tiene el deber de poner á bordo del buque la carga y moverla y trasladarla a donde el Capitán designe y á a la hora en que resuelva hacerlo, sin poner obstáculos para ello.
