Autoriízase al Gobierno para auxiliar con la suma de diez mil pesos ($ 10,000) a los damnificados por el incendio de Mompós, tomando los de los fondos destinados por la Ley 71 de 1914 para la canalización del brazo de Mompós. El Gobierno distribuirá el auxilio de que trata este artículo por medio de la Junta de Socorros y Reconstrucción que se ha organizado en dicha ciudad y que integran los señores presbítero Pedro M. Rebollo, el Prefecto señor Moisés Ruiz R. y el General Ciro A. Pupo. Esta Junta rendirá sus cuentas a la Corte del ramo.
