Articulo 138 . De la permuta de bienes muebles . Se podrán dar bienes muebles en pago de los que se adquieran para el servicio, previo avalúo que efectuará la respectiva Junta de Licitaciones que para el efecto podrá asesorarse de peritos. En lo demás, la permuta se someterá a las reglas de la venta. Cualquier diferencia debe cubrirse en dinero y en caso de que corresponda pagarla a la entidad, el respectivo contrato requiere registro presupuestal.
