°. Certificaciones de la calidad de víctima . Para los efectos del subsidio integral y la aplicación del Capítulo II Título IV del Estatuto de Desarrollo Rural, la Comisión Nacional de Reparación y Reconciliación sólo podrá certificar la calidad de víctima cuando mediare la existencia de una providencia judicial en firme que determine el monto de la indemnización correspondiente a los perjuicios ocasionados por actores armados.
