Confiar a la Vicepresidenta de la República la misión de presidir la Comisión Intersectorial de Alto Nivel para la protección inmediata de las comunidades afrodescendientes y los pueblos indígenas Awá y Eperara-Siapidaara que habitan el Pacífico Nariñense, de acuerdo con lo ordenado por la Corte Constitucional en Auto 620 de 2017, y que se rige por lo establecido en el Decreto 850 de 2018 y normas que lo modifiquen.
