° De los impedimentos y recusaciones. Serán aplicables a los agentes del Ministerio Público que actúen en la conciliación extrajudicial, las causales de impedimento y recusación de que tratan los artículos 161 y siguientes del Código Contencioso Administrativo. La intervención del funcionario mencionado en el cumplimiento de las atribuciones a que se refiere la Ley 23 de 1991, no dará lugar a impedimento ni recusación alguna, respecto de las actuaciones posteriores que deba cumplir ante la jurisdicción contenciosa.
