Distribución y comercialización. Durante las actividades de distribución y comercialización de bebidas alcohólicas, debe garantizarse el mantenimiento de las condiciones sanitarias de estas. Toda persona natural o jurídica que se dedique a la distribución o comercialización de bebidas alcohólicas debe garantizar el mantenimiento de las condiciones sanitarias establecidas en el presente reglamento técnico.
