Artículo segundo. Queda prohibido el uso del distintivo a que se refiere el artículo anterior, o cualquier otro que se le asemeje, en los vehículos que no fueren del Ministerio de Obras Públicas. La policía y las autoridades de Circulación y Transito sancionaran las infracciones a esta disposición.
