La Junta que debe determinar el auxilio que le corresponda a cada damnificado en la obra de reedificación, estará compuesta del Gobernador del Departamento de Caldas, del Presidente del Concejo Municipal de Manizales y de tres personas notables nombradas por el Poder Ejecutivo. La Junta tendrá un Interventor designado por el Contralor General de la República.
