Los Relatores y Secretarios de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, del Consejo de Estado, del Tribunal Disciplinario y los Secretarios de las Fiscalías del Consejo de Estado, deberán ser abogados titulados y tendrán una asignación mensual básica de $ 14.700.00. Cuando no reunieren dicha calidad, devengarán una asignación mensual básica de $ 11.900.00, a excepción de los Secretarios de las Fiscalías del Consejo de Estado, que en el mismo caso devengarán $ 9.100.00
