º. FUNCIONES . Las funciones del empleado público de que trata este Estatuto serán determinadas, según el caso, por el Ministerio de Defensa, el Comandante General de las Fuerzas Militares, los Comandantes de Fuerza o por el Director General de la Policía nacional.
