Evaluación y seguimiento. La etapa de evaluación y seguimiento se desarrollará de manera permanente a lo largo de la vigencia del Plan de Ordenamiento con la participación de todas las partes interesadas y en especial del Consejo Consultivo de Ordenamiento Territorial.
